Calories Burned>Calories Consumed= Weight Loss

Although there is no official diet or exercise program for the BULL RIVER BIGGEST LOSER, anyone is welcome to post ideas here.

The fact of losing weight is, if you burn more than you consume, you WILL to lose weight. Easier said than done, right?

This isn't free, but I've known many people that have been successful with it. No dieting, just lifestyle choices.
