Alright people- the first week was great! I was so motivated, it was fun, exciting, and new...but now it's not so fun...not so exciting or new...and I am not motivated to exercise, especially outside in the rain! I need encouragement! Anyone have any suggestions?

ReplyDeleteEvery hunger stab and exercise pain is worth it! You probably need the money the most too, oh poor college student. Don't let me win it from you!
The best thing that I have been able to do on this very challenging week 2 has been to mix up the exercise. On the day that I just could not get on that treadmill even if my life depended on it, I called my friend and we did tae bo and pilates (don't know about the spelling cause in that area I am the biggest loser). I also was able to get myself a used wii fit which has been very fun and motivating. Most of all, you should know that there are a lot of people, although in tight competion with you, are also cheering you on. We are bonded by our goals. So, keep on it Kelsey.

ReplyDeleteHang in there Kelsey. I've been doing this losing weight thing pretty much since jr. high. I'm 38 now. Try not to get discouraged and remember each day is a new day. Try new ways to exercise and new foods to eat. Most of all, your not alone in this quest. We all want a better and healthier life. The $ we could win is just an added bonus to how good we all are going to feel in 12 wks. Good luck to you. Jenny
