Week 5 Challenge

At the end of this weeks challenge we are going to add up your TOTAL POINTS and whoever has the most by next Wednesday at 11:59pm MST wins the first prize (provided by me). I will then be asking for volunteers to be in charge of the weekly challenges, and they will be the ones providing the incentive/prize on a weekly basis for the remainder of the competition. That way, some of you will be able to come up with challenges that fit your preference and lifestyle. Got it? The only catch for this first winner is that they have to be in charge of week 6 challenge. Ok? (Just in case I don't get any volunteers right away). So, feel free to email me if you'd like to be a Weekly Challenge Host and we'll schedule you for one of the 7 remaining weeks. And GOOD LUCK!


WEEK 5 CHALLENGE

Pretty simple:
For every 30 minutes of exercise you log from 11-26 to 11-2, you get 1 point. Ready, set, go!

Also, all the past weekly challenges apply for this week, you can do them again, or for the first time to get the points. Just remember to comment on  the W5C post and specify which points you have TOTAL and why. The points should be racking up at this point! Get the point?

  1. I exercised for 30 min 4 days last week for a total of 4 points
